What time does the retreat begin and end?
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Opening program starts at 5:00pm. The retreat will conclude at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. 
 

What is the closest airport to the retreat?
The closest airport is ATL Hartsfield Jackson. It will take about 30 minutes to get to the retreat site
 

Is there transportation available from the airport?
Each person is responsible for their own travel to and from our retreat location.  
 

Is parking available? Is there a cost?
There is ample, free parking available at the retreat site.
 

What is included in the all-inclusive rate?
Your registration for The Wellspring Life Retreat includes meals, lodging, healing workshops with Master Facilitators, bespoke activities, a Workbook and curated SWAG bags full of practical items for everyday use.
 

What meals will be provided during retreat?
We will provide ingredients uniquely sourced and cooked in a community style.  Sharing meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) is a part of the dear sister experience! If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, the resort has onsite restaurants with additional options to suit your personal and dietary needs which you may purchase. Snacks and beverages are also included, but you are also welcome to bring your own. There is also a lovely onsite coffee shop for you to purchase additional beverages and snacks during the retreat.
 

What are the sleeping arrangements for the retreat?
There will be up to 11 sisters in the main lodge - The Cypress dubbed “The sleepover” and additional rooms at the Villa dubbed “The Cozy” for anyone who registers late.
Most sisters will have their own bedroom with an attached bathroom. Two rooms at the upper level share a Jack n Jill bathroom.
Two suites at ‘The Sleepover’ will have two sisters in each (each with her own bed). There is a room with two full beds (this room is reserved for the Host and Host Sister). There is a room with two queen beds (this room is reserved for invited Host Master Facilitators/Teachers).
The suites at “The Sleepover” are on a three-split level floor plan with king, Queen or full beds options. The suites at “The Cozy” are all sizable with personal bathrooms and King/Queen beds. Your lodging/sleeping arrangements are assigned after paid registration.
 

Can I share a room with a friend?
Absolutely! Simply submit your registrations separately and indicate that you would like to share a room. Friends who choose to share a room will have to pay one full registration. The second person will pay the registration fee of $162.00.
 

What activities will be available during the retreat?
The weekend will be full of life-changing workshops and life-giving activities. Enjoy powerful worship experiences, dynamic sister-chat sessions, curated experiences during our daily Morning Refresh, and other facilitated activities. Be on the lookout for those details coming soon. Swimming is not open to guests at this time of year.
 

What is NOT included in the all-inclusive rate?
Transportation is not included. Each person is responsible for their own travel to and from our retreat location. Items of personal nature/souvenirs purchased at the retreat.
 

Are there payment plans available?
Yes! Payment plans are available. You will have the option to either pay in full or utilize the payment plan option in the registration process.
 

Are there scholarships available?
At this time, scholarships are not available. Please see the link above for information on setting up payment plans.
 

What is the last day to register?
Registration will be open until Thursday, January 4th, 2024 or until full. We intentionally designed this retreat to provide an intimate, meaningful dear sister experience so spots are limited and are expected to fill quickly.
 

What is the cancellation policy?
It is an extraordinary commitment for us to create such an intimate experience for you, therefore ALL payments are non-refundable, including registration fees, full payments, and installment payments but we do allow the same retreat transfers. If you need to transfer your registration, please email info@godlywomanandcompany.org  for instructions on how to do so.
 

What is the minimum age for attendees?
To allow space for honest, multi-faceted dialogue we ask that participants are 18 years of age or older.
 

Is the retreat location wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Once registered you will be able to indicate your specific needs.
 

Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed. If you have a service animal, please contact us at info@godlywomanandcompany.org for more information.
 

I have food allergies, can you accommodate my dietary restrictions?
Yes. There is an onsite restaurant that can cater to your dietary needs if you order from them. Please indicate your dietary restrictions during the registration process.
 

Will I have cell phone reception and wifi access?
While we hope you unplug as much as possible during the retreat, most cell phone data services work fine at the retreat site. Wifi is available.
 

What do I need to bring to the retreat?
Consider this when packing:
This is your chance to experience a “luxury sleepover”. Please pack for the weather in January in Atlanta, GA. This is a luxury suite style accommodation, resort provides towels and necessary toiletries however, feel free to pack any essentials you may need. 

Pack the following:
Bible, comfy clothes and shoes, favorite onesie or pajamas, personal toiletries and any medications etc. This is a weekend with sisters so imagine a sleepover, just ‘glamorous’!
 

I’m coming from out of the country, can you provide documentation for my visa?
Please visit the US Department of State website for information on how to obtain a guest Visa.
